This year we have worked hard to refresh the content of business conference to reflect our priorities for year 2007. In order to consolidate our strong leadership position in the Early Child Education Industry, the conference focused on providing premier customer services. Enhancing service quality is the key to leverage our competitive advantage.
We had intensive training courses for the Head Service Administrators, who usually have to respond to our customers’ needs ahead of other faculties. This training combined theory with practice, aiming at helping our Head Service delivering a high-standard service in all aspects.
We were extremely honored to have Ms. Jill Johnston, the Vice President of Gymboree Play & Music, as our keynote speaker, to share with us on Gymboree Corporation development and Play & Music global development.
Ms Helene Freda and Ms Leah Kidger, senior trainers from US Home Office; provided our instructors with first-class training courses on Level 1 and Level 7, giving them with all the tools and skills needed.
On Wednesday evening, attendees joined in a lively gala dinner, an informal gatherings among old and new members at social events, an excellent opportunity to relax and indulge yourself in the utterly pleasure of experiencing the passionate Latin Salsa and the graceful Chinese Opera music.
